Inspector Joe Borg has been involved in the building industry for forty years. He has delivered a wide range of services, include carpentry, architectural drafting and design drafting, tiling, planning and building supervision, management of construction projects, and day-to-day running of building companies.
He is very experience with VCAT laws and regulations and norms of practice. His experience as an expert witness before VCAT, as well as before federal court, is extensive. He has a vocational passion for mediation - otherwise known as alternative dispute resolution. This is because this is a far better way to resolve disputes, than to have them escalated to costly legal stoushes. These always impair both parties involved in a dispute.
